Welcome to the Frankfurt branch of IVG Immobilien AG! We also manage our properties in the greater Stuttgart region from this office which is located in THE SQUAIRE, the IVG development at  Frankfurt Airport.

Twelve properties, belonging to the strategic portfolio and to be transferred to the new company, are located in the Metropoliltan Area of Frankfurt/Main. These assets (incl. development sites / land parcels) are valued at € 1,097m and represent about 34% of the total strategic portfolio by real estate value. 

Three properties, belonging to the strategic portfolio and to be transferred to the new company, are located in the Metropoliltan Area of Stuttgart. These assets are managed by our Frankfurt office. The properties are valued at € 305m and represent about 9% of the total strategic portfolio by real estate value.
