IVG sells office property in Helsinki

IVG Polar OY has sold an office property in Helsinki to the leading Scandinavian investment company CapMan (CapMan Real Estate I Fund). The 7-storey building with its 6,700 sq m and 134 parking places at Munkkiniemen Liiketalo 25 is let to ten companies. Main tenants are GOExcellent CSH Finland Oy and Tuokko. The IVG-transaction has been supported by Catella. The building (year of construction: 1973) has been substantially refurbished and modernized in the years 1997-1999.
