IVG leases 6.800 sq m in Frankfurt

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme has renewed its rental agreement with IVG for an office building in Frankfurt for another long period. The rental space amounts to 6,800 sq m. The letting can be counted among the largest rental agreements within the current year in Frankfurt’s office market. The property, which was built in 1991, is exclusively used by Bosch. Beside offices the tenant carries on a security control centre. The building is located within the Gallus-quarter which is stepwise turning into a remarkable office and services site, because of several new developments during the past years and ongoing.
