IVG Garbe Logistik Fonds

IVG Institutional Funds, market leader for real estate special funds, and Garbe Logistic AG, Germany’s leading developer and asset manager in logistics real estate in Germany, announced the issuance of a common "IVG Garbe Logistik Fonds".
The fund has a target volume of approx. €400 million total capital and will invest in logistics real estate in prime locations in Germany. In this strategic partnership IVG Institutional Funds will cooperate with Garbe Logistic AG as asset manager. "The implementation of the strategic cooperation between IVG and Garbe ensures access to market-leading fund and asset management expertise for our investors. IVG widens its product portfolio for institutional investors and consequently further develops its integrated real estate and infrastructure investment platform", says Steffen Ricken, Managing Director of IVG Institutional Funds.
As part of the strategic partnership Garbe Logistic AG will act in the acquisition process exclusively on behalf of the Fund. "IVG and Garbe excellently complement their strengths as part of our cooperation and thus create an attractive position in the competition, especially in the acquisition and letting of properties", says Christopher Garbe, CEO of Garbe Logistic AG. As part of its investment strategy, the Fund will invest in high quality and third-party properties that ensure a sustainable tenancy.
IVG Immobilien AG
IVG Immobilien AG is one of the major real estate companies in Europe.
