Dynamics at IVG based on skills and motivation
There is a direct relationship between our company’s success and the professional and personal qualities of our employees. Key output and value-generating efforts come from them. Our human resources policy is designed to provide all-round support and career advancement for our employees. Particular emphasis is placed on motivation and professional training. We promote a modern and open company culture, individual responsibility and constructive cooperation.
What are the qualities that mark out those who contribute to the success of our company? Ability to act on one’s own initiative and to be assertive, team spirit, entrepreneurial imagination and the will to cooperate with others in order to achieve objectives. Added to this are excellent social skills and a strong culture of fairness. In order to become motivated, staff must identify with the company, its objectives and tasks. In view of this fact, our staff management principles represent the foundation on which our successful business is built:

Personnel development: a key to IVG’s success
Recruiting, retaining and providing further training for qualified specialists and managers is a key to IVG’s success in realising strategic and operational goals. Based on a competence model newly developed last year, we are gradually extending our strategic personnel development structure and tools in a future-oriented manner.
In addition to a wide range of specialist advanced training, we also support our committed employees in realising further education and training desires. The active promotion and development of our employees is one of the central functions of management. For this reason, we have systematically strengthened our connections to universities and other further education establishments. We provide support to management regarding new management responsibilities by undertaking customised, appropriate measures.
