IVG Development projects in nine cities

IVG manages development projects in nine European cities. The largest project is "THE SQUAIRE" with 140,000 sq m of office space and nine floors. Further IVG projects are the "Hackesche Quartier" in Berlin, the Media Bridge ("Medienbrücke") in Munich and  "Willy-Brandt-Straße" in Hamburg.

Abroad, IVG is doing development business in Budapest, London, Paris and Warsaw. Amongst others, in Budapest, the construction of the "Infopark" with about 100,000 sq m of office space has been finished recently. In Warsaw - in the well-kown office district Mokotów - we are developing the "Horizon Plaza" with a wave-shaped eleven-storey wing.

All our development projects are carried out by IVG Asset Management. They are strategically managed from the IVG headquarter in Frankfurt THE SQUAIRE and are supported by the branch offices.
