IVG-owned investments: real estate and caverns
The IVG Investment division is responsible for IVG-owned investments: real estate properties and caverns. It is made up of the following segments:
- Real Estate
- Development
- Caverns
Own-account developmen will be systematically scaled back. In future, development services required for properties held by IVG in its own portfolio and in funds will be provided by the corporate Asset Management service unit. Until the projects of the Development segment are wound up as planned, it will remain a separate unit within the Investment division.
