With EuroSelect 20, IVG Private Funds GmbH issued for the first time a fund for private investors which is invested in the attractive office property market in Brussels, Belgium. In May 2010, EuroSelect 20 was fully placed with limited liability capital without premium of 131.5 million euros.
Northgate consists of three office buildings with a total rental space of approximately 60,000 m². The property has been fully let until 30 April 2025 to the state institution Régie des Bâtiments. On behalf of the government, the tenant is responsible for provisioning office space to public institutions. The users of Northgate are the Belgian Ministry of Internal Security and the Ministry of Economics.
