Attractive office building in dynamic growth region.

The EuroSelect 10 was created in 2005 as an exclusive product and fully placed in November 2005. This closed end property fund is invested in an attractive office building in Amersfoort in a dynamic growth region of the Netherlands known as Randstad. Amersfoort is located at the junction of two important highways: the A 1 which links Amsterdam with Germany and the A 28 which runs from Rotterdam to the northern part of the Netherlands. The property was constructed in 2001 and is fully let until at least 2014 to the Dutch logistics company Van Gend & Loos, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG.

The company is generating higher surpluses than projected in the prospectus so that along with the projected payout of 7% p.a. in March 2009, a special payout of 1% (104,000 euros) was also made. The advance payout for 2010 was effected in October 2010 and in March 2011 in the amount projected in the prospectus. Cumulative payouts of 43% (42% projected in the prospectus) have thus been made.
