Stronger together: The EuroSelect property funds network.

An outstanding feature of IVG private investment funds is that - from purchase to administrative management and re-sale of the property – all steps are handled by a major international property group. This results in a number of advantages for investors, in particular thanks to the exchange of experience and knowledge, a particularly strong business position for negotiations when purchasing and financing properties, a local presence in major large European cities and a broader spectrum of possibilities when structuring funds.

IVG PRIVATE FUNDS: ISSUING HOUSE FOR PRIVATE INVESTORS.

The initiator and issuer of the products for private investors is IVG Private Funds GmbH which is based in Franfurt THE SQUAIRE. The company is indirectly a wholly-owned subsidiary of IVG Immobilien AG which is headquartered in Bonn.

The purpose of IVG Private Funds is the issue of closed-end property funds and comparable investments for private investors. Closed-end property funds are a form of investment which offer private investors the opportunity to invest in attractive large properties which they would otherwise be unable to access because of the high capital requirements and lack of access to the market.

The Berlin-based IVG Private Funds Management GmbH is responsible for managing the funds and providing investor support for private investor products. At 31 December 2010, IVG Funds served 60,000 investors with a fund volume of €3.2 billion. To date approximately one out of every ten investors has subscribed to more than one IVG fund.
