Solidity – a fundamental standard

The EuroSelect 21 Munich Fund participates in two buildings fully led to the headquarters of Allianz Deutschland. The fund comprises an office building and an operational building in Unterfoehring in the county of Munich. Allianz Deutschland runs its headquarters in Unterfoehring with more than 6’300 people working there and that is why Unterfoehring is the largest Allianz location within Germany. From 2014 on, another 1’500 people will work on this Allianz Campus because Allianz actually projects a further office building in Unterfoehring close to the existing Campus. This strengthens the Allianz Campus as the location of Allianz’ central business. The fund will raise long-ranging revenues due to the fact that the lease agreement lasts until December 31, 2014 and that it contains three options to roll the treaty over.
