Closed-end property funds defy turbulent times.

As part of IVG Funds, the Private Funds segment concentrates on the conception, sale and management of property funds for private investors. With EuroSelect funds, Private Funds offers private investors in the market for closed-end property funds investments in attractive individual properties and property portfolios in Europe. Despite difficult times, with equity capital of circa €71 million placed in 2010, IVG Private Funds ranked fourth among the providers of closed-end property funds. Its market share remained constant at around 10%.

IVG Private Funds manages 27 funds with around 60,000 investors as of 31.12.2010 and a total investment volume of €3.2 billion.
