IVG: The corporate structure

IVG is structured in the two divisions

• IVG Investment with three segments real estate, development, caverns
• IVG Funds with two segments institutional funds and private funds

IVG Investment is responsible for IVG-owned investments – real estate and caverns. IVG Funds is responsible for structuring, distribution and management of fund products for private and institutional investors.

IVG Asset Management is responsible for the professional management of the properties held by IVG in its own portfolio and in funds as well as for the purchase and sale of real estate throughout Europe. The regional operational real estate and caverns business is done by the company's European network of local branch offices.

All divisions, segments as well as our Asset Management are supported by the IVG central Corporate Functions seated in Bonn and Frankfurt.
