Welcome to the IVG branch in Munich!
We are managing about 70 properties held by IVG inits own portfolio and in funds was well as developmen projects. Amongst others these are “Medienbrücke” (Media bridge) in the well-known established business park MEDIA WORKS MUNICH which has also been develloped by IVG, the “Olympic Office Tower” in the north of Munich and the office building complex “An den Brücken” (At the bridges) in the Munich West End.
Furthermore, we are managing a 28 acres large business park "Nordostpark" (North East Park) in Nuremberg. A local IVG office has been installeld right in Nordostpark. It is closely co-operating with the Munich branch.
