Medienbrücke
Above the buildings of the Media Works Munich business park which has been developed by IVG Development has been build the bridge construction "Medienbrücke" (Media Bridge). It floats above the existing buildings. The office space, totalling 7,800 m² and spread over five floors, starts at 30 metres above the ground. Even before the scheduled construction start in spring 2009, 65 per cent of the space have been let to the media agency GroupM. This project development enriches the attractive location that IVG has been developing for several years at Rosenheimer Strasse into a city planning feature and will offer creative companies additional office space in future. The steel skeleton construction with its loft design (floor-length windows, ceilings up to four metres) forms a connection between the revitalised Media Works Munich buildings and the "Around the East Station" district currently under development. The completion of the building has been in 2010.
