Artemis-Haus

Architectural eye-catcher.

The office and commercial building „Artemis“is situated in the emerging Westend of Munich and consists of four cross-shaped buildings that enclose a greened courtyard. Each part of the building has an ample entrance area and a generously designed staircase with lifts.

The magnificent building is a representative business address und impresses with its open architecture and substantial features. The very approach to the building on the impressive broadly created stairs and the view on the high quality glass front with its mirrored windows and prominent columns promise an attractive and high quality ambience. Eye-catcher in the entrance area: three sculptures of the artist Christel Lechner. The “Grey Men” with their voluminous bodies have become an inherent part of every direction plan.

The location offers good public transport to Munich city centre and to the “Mittlerer Ring” (motorway ring around the city): a tram stop is situated directly in front of the premises and provides connection to underground and urban railway. Shops of daily demand, doctors' offices, restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the vicinity are within walking distance.
