In the City of Munich, between two railway bridges near Munich Central Station, we have constructed an office complex providing about 28,000 m² of high quality office space and 270 underground parking spaces.
In addition to several rooftop terraces and attractive inner courtyards, this IVG project provides a very special architectural feature: A glazed, three-storey indoor garden. Furthermore, the energetic concept is based on a responsible treatment of energy and environment: Electricity will be generated with photovoltaic panels, the areas will be heated and cooled using geothermal energy in an environmentally friendly and economical way, and the construction meets low-energy building standards.
The project is centrally located in the western part of Munich's city centre, close to the main suburban railway route and the two name-giving bridges, and provides excellent transport connections.
In July 2009, 21.800 m² of office space - that means 77% of the total space - have been let to Frosch Touristik FTI GmbH. This is the biggest letting deal in Munich since more than a year.
Building 1 has been completed at the end of 2009, Building 2 in Q2 2010.
