An extensive modernisation of and extension to an existing office and commercial building has been done at 70 Willy-Brand-Straße in the centre of Hamburg. Amongst other things, a seven-storey building has been added as an extension to the existing building, as well as a top floor to connect both buildings. The building complex has been given a uniform and modern facing in order to compete with state-of-the-art office property. The ground floor contains generous retail space and an imposing foyer; the total surface area is around 6,600 sqm.

The building complex has been sold in March 2009 to a private investor.
