Office building near the Hafencity

In Hamburg's city centre, we have developed the “Rödingsmarkt 20” project. The office and retal building at no. 26 Rödingsmarkt has been re-vitalised, while the building at no. 20 Rödingsmarkt has been torn down and replaced by a new building. The building development will result in state-of-the-art commercial property and close the gap between the two current buildings. The construction has been finished in 2011.

With a lettable area of approximately 7,800 m², attractive office and retail space ha been created including also catering outlets as well as parking spaces and a 90 sqm large roof terrasse. Letting space in the 9-level building is available between 160 sqm and 44 sqm.

As a result of the office building “Rödingsmarkt 20”, one of the central access roads to the port and “HafenCity” will be transformed into a uniform urban style. The IVG development project will be carried out in close cooperation with the City of Hamburg and the neighbouring site owners.
