A few kilometres south of Frankfurt you find Neu-Isenburg. Numerous well-known corporations are situated there like General Electric, Sony Computer Entertainment Germany and Pepsi-Cola amongst others – as well as recently high-tech companies and firms of the information and telecommunications sector. Our 5-storey office building with underground car park is located in this neighbourhood.

With its architecture and façade made of much natural stone and glass the detached building erected in 1991 provides an appealing first impression.
The rentable areas can be flexibly combined to single, group or open plan offices. This allows the renters to design and plan work places as they wish.
