Modern offices in the High-Tech-Park of Mannheim

The High-Tech-Park in Mannheim-Neckarau comprises in total seven two- to four-storey office buildings with underground car park and external parking spaces. The detached buildings are embedded in a park like, ample green space with water areas and recreational zones. The expanse of the site and the extensive green areas allow for a relaxed arrival and a convenient work environment.

The office buildings Janderstraße 1-10 / Schildkrötstraße 15-19 have a clinker brick façade, glass elements and broad window fronts. Representative entrance areas and generously designed staircases with granite floors welcome tenants and visitors.

Within the rented areas tenants may freely decide how to design their work spaces: single offices can be combined with larger offices or open plan offices. The equipment includes, among other features, cavity floor outlets with cabling ducts, external blinds, kitchenettes and connection to district heating.

The layout of the office park is convenient for traffic near to the motorway interchange of Mannheim (A 656, A 5, A 6). Due to the excellent connection to public transport, the city centre of Mannheim and the main railway station can be reached very quickly.
