Perfect location: there is no point in Europe that you can reach better. Built right on top of the ICE high-speed train station at Frankfurt International Airport, with a skywalk to Terminal 1 and direct motorway access. 660 metres long, raised on 86 columns, nine floors and 45 metres high, and featues a streamlined facade of glass and steel. Little, and automotive supplier Nemak, all three of which relocated here with their European headquarters. Then there are the gastronomic venues and retailers, such as Starbucks, Paulaner Wirtshaus, Lucullus, REWE or Glocken Bakery. So far, there have been signings for around 82% of the lettable area of 140,000 sqm.

With the opening of THE SQUAIRE Parking in the early 2012, tenants and visitors of THE SQUAIRE as well as of the Airport City Frankfurt are provided with a 2,500 parking places. THE SQUAIRE Parking is quite remarkable: It is particularly environment-friendly, and it will be the first "LEED Gold" certified car park of Europe. The innovative and awarded light concept has been developed and realised by the Austrian lamp producer Swarovski. And the SQUAIRE Metro which is connecting the car park with THE SQUAIRE and the Airport City Frankfurt offers spectacular views around Frankfurt Airport.
