The four-storey office building with its even brick façade and a remarkable foyer is amply vegetated. It is located at an advertising spot in the western part of the Dortmund university quarter, the so-called “Technologie Park”. The environment of the building is first of all coined by single standing office buildings and a decentralised urban planning.
