Hackesches Quartier
We have been developing the project "Hackesches Quartier" in Berlin-Mitte, in the immediate vicinity of the Museum Island, the Hackesche Höfe and the political institutions and the Spree river. The approx. 43,900 m² gross floor space of the highly modern commercial property complex is covered by several buildings with attractive office, retail and food space as well as serviced apartments. With the realization of this project, one of the last big gaps at the heart of the historical city centre was closed. Completion has been in spring 2011.
