The office next to the river Spree

Between 1987 and 1990 a service centre of the computer and electronic industry, the so-called “Focus Teleport”, was built upon the former factory site of the company Kampffmeier-Mühlen GmbH. Traditional buildings dating back to the turn of the 19th century were integrated into the modern complex at the corner of Stromstraße / Alt Moabit.

The premises of the “Focus Teleport” are located directly next to the river Spree within the quarter of Tiergarten – centrally and quietly situated. The building complex extends from Stromstraße to the premises of Spreebogen. The buildings' light red façade with its partitioned squares and blue window frames leaves a lasting recognition effect.

Due its modern and functional architecture the object is very flexible with regards to configuration of the rented space. The equipment partly comprises raised floors, window parapet ducts, antistatic and wheelchair resistant carpet, tinted windows of the southern pointing windows, external sunscreens, intercom partly fitted with camera functionality as well as complete kitchenettes.

Gastronomic facilities, shopping facilities and a hotel are located within immediate vicinity. The main station of Lehrter Bahnhof is only 1.5 km away. The eastern and western city centre and the metropolitan motorway are only a few minutes car ride away. The underground station of Turmstraße is located within 5 minutes walking distance and the urban railway station of Bellevue within 10 minutes. The bus stops of the lines 101,123,187,245 and M27 can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
