Space for your success: The Carossa Quarter in Spandau

The Carossa Quarter in Streitstraße 6 – 19 in the north of Berlin-Spandau is situated on the premises of the former aircraft equipment supplier company of Siemens-Halske. The areal of nearly 200,000 m² of which approx. 62,600 m² are urbanised offers companies of all kind ideal possibilities for start-up and extension.

The Carossa Quarter with its tenants from different sectors has become a  centre of local supply for the neighbouring population. Besides others, large retail chains, drugstores, doctors, a sport studio and many service providing companies can be found here.

The office can be used for services or for laboratories. They are accessible via different staircase cores which are each connected by elevators. Also available are spaces for doctor's offices and shops as well as storages, archives and large hall spaces.
