The “Bayer-Haus“ at Kurfürstendamm 178/179 was built during the reconstruction between 1950 to 1952 and was modernised in 1998. The façade listed as a historic monument, the entrance area as well as the staircase reflect the charm of the 1950s. The object is located at the junction of Kurfürstendamm/Leibnizstraße directly at Olivaer Platz and thus right within the vibrant zone of the shopping mall of Ku'damm.
The ground floor of the representative building houses exclusive retail shops and a bank. In the upper floors you find offices and those offices of lawyers, tax advisors, architects and doctors. Between 7.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. a concierge based in the generous foyer provides additional services for tenants and visitors.
The rentable spaces fulfil the requirements of a modern office. The spaces can be designed as single-, combi- and open-plan offices. The equipment of the rental units comprises floor carpet, separate sanitary facilities, kitchenette and wall ducts. An optimised access for disabled people to all rental units is provided by elevators. Car parking slots in the underground garage or in the yard of the building can be rented.
The facilities of public transport available at Kurfürstendamm allow for an excellent reachability. Besides various other bus lines departing from the object, the underground station of “Adenauerplatz” is situated in immediate proximity. But also the motorway access to “Halensee” and “Hohenzollerndamm” are nearby within a few minutes.
