Modern office spaces at an historic spot

On the former factory premises of the locomotive manufacturer Borsig in the north-west of Berlin in the district of Reinickendorf, the business and service location “Am Borsigturm” was created. It boasts with its representative office spaces in the business park and in the technology centre.

The office park 2nd phase of construction consists of 2 six-storey office wings opposite to each other with a shared underground car park. The centre of technology is a four-storey building with an arched roof and an underground car park. Integral parts of the utilisation concept “Am Borsigturm” are a hotel, a large shopping mall with restaurants and leisure facilities as wells as health centre.

The office spaces in the objects “Am Borsigturm” are modern - partly first time use – and are flexibly adaptable to the individual needs of the tenants. Sanitary facilities and areas for kitchenettes are pre-defined. The equipment includes raised floors and window bank cabling ducts, antistatic wheelchair resistant carpet, pendant elongated luminaires, external sunscreens, intercom (with camera functionality in the office park), sanitary facilities in the entrance area of the ground floor which are accessible to disabled persons. The underground car park provides parking space.

A fast connection to the city centre and the airports is provided. Directly in the front of the premises you find the underground station “Borsigwerke” (line 6) and various bus lines. The near express highway with access to the Berliner Ring connects the Borsigturm with the Berlin city centre and the suburbs. The airport of Tegel is only a few minutes car ride away. The airport of Schönefeld can be reached within approx. 30 minutes.
