In Obozowa Street, in the Wola district, we develop an office building with about 15,700 sq m of gross floor space and three underground storeys with 188 parking spaces. The concept for the building which will be a local landmark consists of two bodies of buildings: a 7-storeyed and a 15-storeyed one. The Wola district in the North-West of Warsaw is a developing area with growing demand of office space and good traffic connections to the City and Warsaw airport. Start of construction is scheduled for Q2/2009, completion is planned for Q4/2010.
