Riverside House in London was built in 1960 and expanded in 2002, following a complete redevelopment. Its prime location near Southwark Bridge on the bank of the Thames makes the 14-storey building with its spectacular spinnaker facade a landmark in the UK capital.
The anchor tenant of the 15,100 sqm in office space is Ofcom, the state-run regulator and competition authority for broadcasting, telecommunications and radio communications in the UK. The lease extends through September 28, 2022, with a break option on September 29, 2018.
The property is owned by the “IVG EuroSelect 09 – Riverside House” closed-end real estate fund. Launched for private investors, the fund was fully placed with 82.2 million Euros in equity in August 2005.
