Broadway

"Broadway", Glasgow, is a development project with only the second commercial phase outstanding. With the "Broadway" project, we are building on the success of the first phase completed in 2009. The site was bought in 2007 and Broadway one developed and fully let to Tesco Personal Finance in 2009, one of Great Britain's most rapidly growing financial institutions, and the largest office letting transaction in the history of Glasgow. Citizen M developed their first UK hotel in 2010 and the 2nd commercial phase of 150,000 sqm currently is being marketed for a pre-letting.
