RiverPark

The development of the RiverPark project, two office buildings with a total of around 9,700 m² rental space right beside the Danube, on the Pest side of Petöfi Bridge in Budapest, was completed in Q2 2009.

The existing building, the former headquarters of the leading Hungarian oil company MOL, was completely refurbished while keeping the original facade in line with the regulations of the monument protection act. The second building will be a new modern, seven-storey office building with all necessary amenities and an underground garage. The tenants will enjoy a panoramic view of the Danube and the Gellert Hill and an attractive internal garden. 71% of it have already been let.
