The hospital AMC is within walking distance and the shopping area ‘Amsterdamse Poort’ as well as Praxis, Ikea and the Foodstrip are in the direct vicinity.

Accessibility
By car
The property is excellently accessible by car as it is located in the corner between highway A2 (Amsterdam-Utrecht-Eindhoven-Maastricht) and A9 (connection A2-A1 highways).
Public transportation
Bus lines 45, 46, 47, 120, 126 en 158 offer good accessibility by public transportation and the train /metro station ‘Holendrecht’ is within walking distance.
