IVG Infopark Budapest
Infopark is the first innovation and technology park of Central and Eastern Europe. It is an innovation centre primarily for IT, telecommunication and software development companies where such multinational companies as IBM, Hungarian Telekom and Lufthansa Systems as well as young innovative companies found a place for their head office. Being completed in August 2009, the office park has nearly 100,000 m2 office space to rent. The Infopark’s clinker brick buildings with unified design, arranged in a campus style layout, are situated in a high standard, landscaped environment with first class office spaces and up-to-date services. 65% of it have been already let.
Office buildings developed by IVG can boast of several property awards: building C received the award of CIJ for ’The best office development in 2005’ and the award of Real Estate and Investment for ’The real estate project of the year 2005’. The office building D received the award of CIJ for ’The best office building development in 2007’ and the ’Budapest architectural prize of 2007’.
Infopark is situated in the 11th district of Budapest, near Lágymányosi bridge, in the neighbourhood of the university buildings, opposite the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. The area is easy to access by car, by bicycle or by public transport.

Among the Infopark’s service, there are Restaurants, Café, salad bar, Post office, tobacconist’s, OTP Bank branch, 24-hour bankomat, meeting rooms and conference facilities for rent, Medicover ambulance service as well as an on site property manager and owner’s representative.
Infopark building D
The building having three inner courtyards takes full advantage of the long, but narrow, curved site. On the sixth floor a terrace and a roof garden offer recreation possibilities.
The strict unity provided by the row of windows on the northern facade is broken by the imposing entrance and the rhythmically repeating loggias. The modern use of glass, metal and brick continues in the sunny inner atriums, light bridges and glass elevators.
The 3-storey underground garage provides not only parking places but also storage area for the tenants.
Infopark building E
Infopark developments’ last stage, building E, was handed over in the second half of 2009. The architecture of the building – building blocks of different heights with separate entrances – makes it suitable to host several organization’s head offices. Building E provides an excellent panorama to the central park of Infopark, as well as to the Citadella and to the Danube.
