Employees

Dynamics at IVG are based on skills and motivation
There is a direct relationship between our company’s success and the professional and personal qualities of our employees. Key output and value-generating efforts come from them. Our human resources policy is designed to provide all-round support and career advancement for our employees. Particular emphasis is placed on motivation and professional training. We promote a modern and open company culture, individual responsibility and constructive cooperation.

Financial incentive programmes: employee participation schemes remain popular
IVG offers its staff two participation schemes: the IVG value programme and the IVG employee loan. The IVG value programme has been running since 1996 and allows employees to purchase a certain number of IVG shares each year on attractive terms. This makes them co-owners of the company and enables them to benefit from company success. Last year 190 employees took advantage of this scheme.

The IVG employee loan is an exchange risk-free savings scheme. Employees make capital available to IVG, which thanks to a tax-free supplement and interest payments results in an annual return of around 9.8% over a six-year period.

Performance share plan as share-based additional remuneration for management
Selected managers receive share-based remuneration as a longterm variable remuneration component. The aim is to reward the managers’ contributions to the increase in enterprise value and reinforces company performance over the long-term.

The share programme has been in place since 1999. Since then, this remuneration component has been successively refined and adapted to changing circumstances. With the performance share plan set up in 2005, we introduced a new concept for share price based remuneration.
