IVG is structured in the two divisions
- IVG Investment with three segments real estate, development, caverns
- IVG Funds with two segments institutional funds and private funds
IVG's Group Structure
Below you find the organisational structure of IVG according to its new business model:
The divisions are supported by the central service unit Asset Management and by corporate functions. They provide specific expertise to the divisions and segments, and allow managing and optimising processes and results across the group.
The regional operational real estate and caverns business is managed by the company’s European network of local branch offices.
