IVG: The new corporate structure
IVG is structured in the two divisions
- IVG Investment with three segments real estate, development, caverns
- IVG Funds with two segments institutional funds and private funds
IVG Investment is responsible for investing in real estate and caverns with its own capital, while IVG Funds is responsible for developing, selling and managing investment products for private and institutional investors.
As the central service unit that concentrates on customer-oriented services, Asset Management ensures a long-term and attractive cash flow for real estate investments in its own and third-party portfolios and therefore plays a decisive role in creating value in the company. The regional operational real estate and caverns business is managed by the company’s European network of local branch offices.
