Welcome to our Berlin branch!
IVG refers to numerous successful project developments in selected locations in the German capital, Berlin. In particular, these include the "Classicon" and "Kanada Haus" with the Canadian Embassy on Leipziger Platz, the Romanian Embassy, the "Leibniz Kolonnaden" on Kurfürstendamm and the administrative complex of Deutsche Bahn AG in central Berlin. Currently, we are developing the Hackesches Quartier in the city centre and the Airport Hotel at the airport Schönefeld.
We are also responsible for more than 40 properties in Berlin as well as for properties in the new German federal states, for example in Leipzig and Dresden, owned by IVG.

Moreover, the Private Funds Management GmbH is located in Berlin which is responsible for the customer management of IVG's private investors.
