Welcome to THE SQUAIRE!
THE SQUAIRE is being built on the 660 m long roof of the ICE railway station. It is a joint project between IVG Immobilien AG, the majority shareholder, and Fraport AG. THE SQUAIRE project will provide 140,000 m² of lettable space, divided between 9 floors. The office of the project team are located in the Frankfurt Airport Center 1 on the Frankfurt Airport area.
