Apprenticeship:
IVG is currently offering professional training for the following positions:
Selection criteria for our interns are a good A-level or equivalent school leaving qualification, a self-starter with keen perception, strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent social skills.
Internships:
IVG supports students in choosing a career through its range of internships. As well as allowing students combine theoretical knowledge with an initial practical experience in a professional environment, the Internships programme also serves to identify junior staff at an early stage. Internships are offered in all divisions and departments.
We expect our interns to have achieved good academic results, to show initiative, commitment, an open mind and an understanding that learning is best achieved through teamwork and shared experience.
Thesis/dissertation:
The interests and goals of students form the basis for a mentoring and supervisory arrangement. Submitted proposals are coordinated with the management of the individual departments – thus guaranteeing competent mentoring and support from the very start.
Graduate trainee programme:
We offer positions on the trainee programme for real estate management, which will open up the opportunity to pursue a successful career in our company. You will get to know our company structure and the processes in our corporate functions as well as in our national and international branches.

The trainee programme generally starts in Summer each year, with the selection process beginning in March/April of the same year. Applications are welcome - please send them not before January of the relevant year.
Direct entry:
Suitably qualified applicants may enter our operational divisions or one of the core cross-departmental functions, such as finance, controlling, communications or human resources directly.
Direct on-the-job starters will be introduced to their field of activity by means of a goal-oriented familiarization phase. They will rapidly take over responsibilities and contribute all their expertise to the tasks assigned.
